Terms & conditions
- Bookings are confirmed only after The Balloon Space confirms the date, setup and quote on WhatsApp or by phone.
- Images and 3D previews on this website show the style of a setup. Final setups are made by hand and may vary with the venue, space and availability of materials.
- The customer is responsible for providing access to the venue at the agreed time and for any venue permissions needed.
- Balloons are delicate. Once the setup is handed over, normal wear such as popping or deflation over time is not covered.
Privacy policy
- We collect the details you share in our forms or on WhatsApp (such as name, mobile number, event date and area) only to respond to your enquiry and deliver your booking.
- We do not sell your details. We do not use them for marketing unless you agree.
- Your cart is stored only in your own browser on this device.
- To ask for your details to be deleted, message us on WhatsApp.
Cancellation & refunds
- Cancellation and refund terms are shared with your quote at the time of booking.
- Please message us as early as possible if your date or plans change.
